  2. Place one hand on your heart, one hand on your belly.

  3. Breathe in slowly for 4 seconds, and breathe out for 6 seconds.

  4. As you breathe out, gently say to yourself: "I am safe. I am supported. My body knows how to nourish."

Do this for just 3 minutes.
You don’t need perfection — just a moment of reconnection.
The more often you practice, the more your body learns it’s safe to create again.
